The certified 1 micron carbon block water filter found in the Tap Master Jr. PLUS can remove up to 99% of lead, Cryptosporidium, and Giardia in addition to chlorine, turbidity, VOCs, TOCs and other chemicals which may be present in your tap water. To promote long filter life the Tap Master Jr. PLUS features a dedicated 15 micron prefiltration wrap to capture larger sediment particles before they can interfere with the 1 micron carbon block matrix.
